This instruction is based on the use of a B15 rated bulkhead,
using 19mm thick PROMARINE®-450 and laminated on both sides with 0.8mm thick HPL (high pressure laminate)
Detail C C - spline joint
C-spline joints are used where a
flush finish is required. Bonded
panels are supplied with grooves cut
into the long edges, together with
the necessary C-splines
(PJ-1-A).
It is recommended that the C-splines used
are supplied by Promat in order to guarantee
a correct fit. Starting at a corner, boards
are simply pushed together as shown,
ensuring that the flat side of the spline is
facing the decorative side of the boards.
