Fire Protection Bulkheads

PROMARINE®-450 can be installed in any thickness to provide ‘C’ class, non-combustible lining

Where ‘B15’ standard bulkheads are required,  PROMARINE®-450 boards should be a minimum 19mm thick (excluding HPL faces) and should be joined vertically using PJ-1-A steel C spline for a hidden joint, or RJ-29-S Narrow Omega for an exposed joint.

For decorative inserts, PV-03 and PV-04 can be used to disguise the exposed steel of the RJ-29-S profile and provide an aesthetically pleasing finished installation.
 

‘B15’ standard bulkheads can be constructed of 19mm thick PROMARINE®-450 bonded on both faces with approved HPL having a total weight of 11kgs/m², making them much easier to handle and install when compared to all other available solid core bulkhead panels (where 17kg/m² and upwards is typical for ‘B15’ usage and 20kg/m² is typical for steel or mineral wool systems).
