A Class
 
For A60 single-sided protection use minimum 19.1mm PROMARINE®-640 with mineral wool.

If ordering laminated PROMARINE®-640 use minimum 19.1mm PROMARINE®-640 laminated with 0.9mm thick decorative laminate one side, balancer on reverse, i.e. decorative/balancer.

Total panel thickness 21mm nominal.

Weight is 14.6kg per square metre.

B Class
 
Minimum thickness for B0/B15 is 19.1mm PROMARINE®-640.

If ordering pre-bonded PROMARINE®-640  use 19.1mm PROMARINE®-640 bonded with 0.9mm thick decorative laminates on both sides i.e.  decorative

Total panel thickness 21mm nominal.

Weight is 14.6kg per square metre.(pre-bonded panel)

Acoustics is weighted Sound Reduction Index (ISO 717) 31.5db.


C Class
 
Materials for construction of C class walls must be of approved non-combustible materials.
No mandatory requirements for methods of installation, except that support profiles etc. must be made of steel or  similar non-combustible material.
Minimum thickness of PROMARINE®-640 for C class lining panels is 9.5mm.
 
If ordering laminated PROMARINE®-640 panels use minimum 9.5mm PROMARINE®-640 laminated with 0.9mm thick decorative laminate one side, balancer on reverse, i.e. decorative/balancer

Total panel thickness 11.5mm nominal.
